By engaging Shore Axis Media ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") for digital marketing, video editing, or related services, you ("Client") agree to the following legally binding terms:

All payments are due in full upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Upon payment, Shore Axis Media agrees to provide the agreed-upon services as outlined in the project scope or proposal. Revisions are included as stated per package level; additional revisions may incur extra charges. All intellectual property created remains the property of Shore Axis Media until full payment is received, at which point ownership of final deliverables transfers to the Client. Drafts, working files, or unused concepts remain the property of Shore Axis Media unless otherwise negotiated.

All Client-provided materials must be owned by the Client or licensed appropriately. We reserve the right to decline any project for any reason, including but not limited to content that is unlawful, offensive, or in violation of third-party rights.

Shore Axis Media is not liable for business outcomes, performance metrics, or revenue tied to content produced. By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shore Axis Media from any and all claims related to the use or misuse of our deliverables. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with or without notice.

All sales with Shore Axis Media are final. We do not offer refunds for any service once payment is made and work has begun. This is because everything we create is custom built specifically for your business and requires time, energy, and planning that can’t be reversed once started.

While we do our best to create high quality marketing and content tailored to your goals, we cannot guarantee specific results. Marketing is never one size fits all, and outcomes depend on many factors like your industry, timing, platform changes, and more.

That said, the clients who see the best results are the ones who stay consistent with us over time. When you collaborate closely with our team, provide timely feedback, and follow the strategy we build together, your chances of long-term success increase dramatically.
